Family Day

Today was our family day. We went to the shops. It was very fun. Because there is a 2-dollar shop. This is a shop that sells every single thing in it for 2 dollars. I have much more than 2 dollars so I can buy lots of things. Its cheap but its awesome. I bought a cap gun and 144 caps. It definitely works! And I bought 4 special puzzles that are very hard to undo.

After the shops I went home and took my very big kite and Dad and me, and Kayleigh and Charis went to the field by the lake to fly it. I flew my kite. It was very fun but the problem was that it was very hard to fly because there was no wind. Sometimes there was a bit of wind and it did fly. Silly Kayleigh got her kite tangled up. Charis was trying to catch the kites. Here is a picture of my kite and us playing on the field.

More bugs again

Today I had to write my blog. I did not know what to write so do you know any thing to write, I don’t know. Well, I will just say that it was a good day. I went around the lake. A man told us about dangerous snakes around the lake. Then we found millions of worms crawling on the path. So Kayleigh and me and Gracie rescued them. We brought them home. Here is a picture of them.

Alice in Wonderland

Our new rats are such fun. One is called Angelina and one is called Alice. They are named after two rats that do ballet that my sister really likes. Usually my sister doesn’t like girly stuff but she really likes Angelina and Alice. My sister does her school work with rats and bugs crawling all over her. She’s a bit crazy i think. Here’s a picture of Alice on Kayleigh’s desk.

And here is a picture of Kayleigh doing her best thing. She is playing with a bug. She kisses and hugs bugs. Yuck!

Mousey Comes to Visit…

Yesterday Charis got a mouse and he was very small and cute. His name is Mouselan. Yesterday we went to the Scitech and saw a really cool science show. Before that, we went and saw lots of cool and amazing experiments. One time I even stood on a thing that was on the floor. It was a round rotating circle that turned round. If you spun yourself round it would spin round and you would fall off. If you took a wheel and spun it round and stood on the round rotating wheel thing, the wheel would slowly move you round. I even saw a thing where you touch your hand on glass and lightning goes towards you but you don’t get shocked. It was really fun there. But I think the best part is seeing the toy shop in the science centre and seeing a mini electricity thing. It was only 20 dollars. That’s cheap compared to an electricity thing where electricity goes towards you. At the planetarium we saw a show called Cosmic Collisions. It was about asteroids bumping into each other and forming into the moon. Personally, I think that it was not true. I think God made everything. Without God there wouldn’t be anything but the show was still really cool. By the way, my two sisters went to a puppet show that I thought was very boring that was why Dad and me went to science experiments while the girls were watching a really boring show.

SOMETHING COMES TO… VISIT!

Today we were tidying the house when dad came home. Dad said we have two more sisters so we waited and waited, and then Dad came in with a big box. We looked inside the box and saw two little fluffy, furry, cute, not sisters – rats! I want to call the darker rat Toby. My favourite one is Toby. She’s the oldest.

WRONG Day

Today we went to swimming and the problem was I slipped and bashed my arm ouch! My mom thought my arm was broken so we went to the hospital. I had to have an xray. I can even show you the films but luckily nothing is broken. Here is a picture of my arm without any meat on.

And then I was bouncing on the trampoline and I did a flip and bashed my teeth into my lip and my lip into my knee ouch! My lip is very sore for the rest of the day. Here is a picture of my fat lip.

Our Day Off

Today was our day off. I slept in as long as possible. Today my sisters set up the tent. Charis said it is too hot so we went back inside. I tidied my room and then I came here and I am writing my blog. Dad is eating lunch. Did you know that dad always eats avocado? I do not like it. Kayleigh does not like avo and is being grumpy. Here is a picture of my sisters sleeping in the tent. We pretend that they are puppies. So the tent is their puppy-bed. Dad also mowed the lawn, and he vacuumed the house. Poor Dad, always working!

Today was Sunday. We went to church. After church we went to Joshua’s house and swam there. It was too cold. So instead we just played outside. We played a trampoline game. Then Dad and Uncle Brendan wanted to watch the Rugby Currie Cup Final. Boring! So we went back to my house and we played some more. We rode our ripsticks on the road and bounced on my trampoline. When the Rugby was finished everyone went home. Kayleigh was in big trouble for being ugly to her little sister. Tomorrow is our day off. We have to tidy the house.
